Abstract
The rapid developments that are taking place and are constantly evolving in the economic and social environment, such as the globalization of the economy and new technologies, create new data and challenges that urgently need to be addressed, especially at the business level. In this new socio-economic context, education and training are becoming necessary and key components to meet the challenges of contributing to economic growth and social progress.
