Abstract
A scientific strategy manual with a theory born and systematically controlled by the experience of the specific field. The author proposes modern and scientifically valid solutions to problems faced by companies, based on international experience and practice. In particular, it focuses on the specificity of the Greek small and medium enterprise and the formulation of its strategy in the current conditions of the crisis.
