    Abstract

This paper presents aspects of the design, development and implementation of an e-learning course on ecommerce. This course was delivered as distance learning to adults living in remote areas of EU. The course was developed as part of the REVIT project, which proved sustainable methods for offering courses by employing available ICT infrastructure in local schools, after hours, a synchronous e-learning platform for the weekly lectures and a variety of asynchronous tools for communication and support of the learners.
