Abstract
This case study presents the evolution of MyOffice Cyprus, a coworking space enterprise established by digital entrepreneur Panayiotis to address the dynamic requirements of contemporary professionals in Cyprus. The analysis scrutinizes how MyOffice has redefined workspace culture by providing innovative, adaptable and community-centric solutions tailored for freelancers, startups and large corporations. By harnessing technology, facilitating collaboration and fostering entrepreneurship, MyOffice has significantly contributed to economic growth and innovation in Cyprus. This case study elucidates critical elements of the company’s business model, including flexible membership options, revenue diversification through events and strategic partnerships and its pivotal role in nurturing the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Furthermore, it examines challenges encountered, including funding concerns and the necessity to adapt to the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study emphasizes the capacity of coworking spaces to stimulate economic development and transform modern work culture, providing insights into the future landscape of work within a digital economy.
