Abstract

This paper reports a Lab on a Chip (LOC) system developed for Methylated DNA Immunoprecipitation (MeDIP), washing and pre-concentration of free fetal DNA (ffDNA) from maternal plasma for non invasive prenatal diagnosis (NIPD) of Trisomy 21[1].
