N2 - In the context of 5G networks, efficient resource allocation plays a crucial role in meeting the diverse and demanding requirements of modern applications. This paper presents a novel approach for optimizing User Equipment (UE) distribution in Downlink/Uplink Decoupling (DUDe) 5G networks through the application of Linear Assignment Algorithms (LAAs). The proposed multi-objective framework intelligently allocates UEs to DUDe Base Stations, aiming to maximize network performance, achieve load balancing, enhance Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), and optimize energy efficiency. The findings hold significant implications for network operators, facilitating the advancement of 5G infrastructures to meet the ever-increasing demand for seamless and high-quality connectivity.
