Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

This demonstration highlights the use of IoT to enhance the QoL for older adults, particularly those managing diabetes and high blood pressure. By deploying digital solutions, we can remotely monitor health conditions, allowing for early detection of issues like hyper/hypoglycemia and hypertension. Our experimental results demonstrate how healthcare providers can utilize real-time data visualization to interpret abnormal vital signs, ultimately improving treatment adherence and health outcomes. This approach showcases the significant potential of IoT in fostering smart and healthy living environments for individuals and communities.
