Abstract

Training handbook for educational staff This handbook provides practical strategies to facilitate high-quality teaching, plus key facts and case studies to promote inclusivity and understanding of SEND. Developed based on adult learning principles and the target groups' needs, it's supported by a multidisciplinary team of professionals. It's available in 4 languages on the project's website, with questions for reflection to help teachers and students better understand SEND and create a supportive learning environment.
