Abstract

Pilates training improves flexibility and dynamic balance and moderate evidence to enhance muscular endurance. It has been used for rehabilitation purposes increasingly over the last twenty years. Exercise therapy appeared to be effective at decreasing pain and improving function in adults with myosceletical problems. Pilates is more than an exercise method, it is a way of life. This paper is referring to diseases in the profession of Aesthetic/Cosmetologist.
