Abstract
A unified method with closed form expressions for Chebyshev and Legendre superdirective antenna arrays is presented. The coefficients for any combination of the polynomials are given for the first time in closed form. The bounds of the spacing between the elements of the arrays are also studied. The maximum directivity of the arrays is found and proved to be higher than that given before.
